Work with Settlement Agents, Underwriters, Processors, and Loan Originators to schedule loan closing and compiles and prepare closing documents.
Credit Processor - Norwood, MA
Loan Officer - East Coast
Development and execution of marketing plan to obtain new customers and expand existing client base. Effectively and proactively develop alliances with strategic partners for generation of new business. This includes, but is not limited to: Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners, Accountants, Human Resources, and others. You will be responsible for submitting a complete loan application with required documentation and signatures.
Quality Control Underwriter - Norwood, MA
Sales Trainer
This individual will be responsible for onsite training and developing for all current loan officers and new loan officers/branches during the first 120 days of employment. Manage all training and educational initiatives. Provide on-going sales training support to ensure that new sales teams understand the loan process/platform and are utilizing their sales tools and software efficiently.
